Responding to an adjudication

If you have received a notice alerting you that a contractual dispute has been referred to adjudication, then you will need to act quickly.

The responding party has between 7 and 14 days to prepare response to the referral. This can be a daunting challenge, particularly if you are unfamiliar with the adjudication process when reviewing numerous historic documents to determine the facts of the case.

Our rapid response team is familiar with all the key deadlines, and we understand the pressures of adjudication.

Our lawyers are available at immediate notice to assist with all aspects of the response, including high level strategic direction, procedural advice and the preparation of a detailed response. We can assist with preparing a strong case quickly and efficiently.

If you have been threatened with adjudication or want to stay prepared for one in the near future, taking legal advice in advance will ensure that you are sufficiently armed and ready to respond if an adjudication is launched against you.
